Masanobu Tsukamoto (塚本 昌信) was director, producer and project manager at Sega, later leaving the company to found Land Ho!. Joining Sega Enterprises in 1993, he first worked in the Overseas Sales Dept., soon taking charge project management for home consoles, as well as overseas localization. He later transferred to the Domestic Marketing Dept., Japanese market with the Sega Saturn, being involved with half of all Sega Brand Titles.[1]

He has been called "The man who witnessed the end of the Mega Drive", for his presence with late era Sega Mega Drive titles.[1]
